  Terms and Conditions for Braverock Notary

1. Introduction

Welcome to Braverock Notary. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our notary services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Braverock Notary provides notary public services, including but not limited to witnessing signatures, certifying copies of documents, and administering oaths and affirmations. We operate in compliance with the laws and regulations of Texas/USA.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Identification: Clients must present valid      government-issued identification (such as a driver's license, passport, or      state ID) before any notarization can take place.
  • Document Preparation: Clients are responsible for      ensuring that all documents are complete and correct before presenting      them for notarization. We do not provide legal advice or draft documents.
  • Understanding of Documents: Clients must understand the      content and purpose of the documents being notarized. The notary public is      not responsible for explaining or interpreting legal documents.

4. Refusal of Service

Braverock Notary reserves the right to refuse notary services if:

  • The client cannot provide      satisfactory identification.
  • The document appears to be      incomplete, fraudulent, or illegal.
  • The client does not understand the      nature of the document or appears to be under duress or coercion.
  • The client is unwilling or unable      to provide the necessary information required for notarization.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fee Schedule: Our fees are based on the types      of services provided and are in accordance with the fee structure set      forth by the state of Texas
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of      service. We accept cash, credit card and digital payments].
  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once the      service has been completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Braverock Notary is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the      notary services.
  • Errors or omissions in the      notarized documents that were not the fault of the notary.
  • Any action or inaction by a third      party related to the notarized document.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All personal information and documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements. We do not retain copies of notarized documents unless required by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of state of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of state of Texas.

9. Amendments

Braverock Notary reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
